Refunds and cancellations

Everything we make is produced to order, at the dimensions and specification of the individual project. These are not stocked, standard products, and that determines what can be returned.

Cancelling before cutting: you may cancel at no charge for as long as cutting has not begun. Any deposit is refunded in full within fourteen days.

Cancelling after cutting: once a slab has been cut to your project's measurements the material cannot be reused. In that case the cost of the material and of the work already carried out is retained.

Defects and damage: if on delivery you find breakage, poor workmanship, or a departure from the agreed specification, tell us within seven days. We replace or make good the piece at no charge.

Natural variation: stone is a natural material. Differences in vein, tone and pattern compared with photographs or samples are not defects. This is why the final slab is selected with you before cutting.

Distance selling: for goods made to the customer's specification, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply under distance-selling law. Your other rights in respect of faulty goods are unaffected.
