Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect through stoneinteriors.gr, why, and what rights you have.

What we collect: what you give us through the forms — name, email, phone, role, project details and your message. Also technical traffic data, if you have given consent.

Why: to answer your enquiry, prepare a spec sheet and quotation, and measure the performance of the site and our advertising.

Where it is stored: enquiries are recorded in a Google spreadsheet and sent by email through Resend. Site content is hosted with Sanity and the site itself with Cloudflare.

Photographs you add in the configurator: these are never uploaded. All of the processing happens inside your browser, the file never leaves your device, it is not stored on any server, and it is not attached to the enquiry you send us. Close the page and nothing of it remains.

Cookies and advertising: no measurement or advertising script loads before you consent. With your consent we use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, along with their server-side APIs. Personal identifiers sent to those platforms are SHA-256 hashed before they leave our servers.

Retention: enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax obligations.
